These terms govern your use of Drug or Demon, operated by the Drug or Demon operator. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

The game

Drug or Demon is an entertainment game using prescription-drug names and names from folklore. The daily challenge is available without an account; certain features, including continued Survival play and saved account statistics, require sign-in. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required by the laws that apply to you.

Educational content, not medical advice

Drug names, descriptions, and source links are provided for game context and general information. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or instructions for using medication. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical decisions. Folklore content describes source material and does not claim that supernatural beings exist. We aim to provide reviewed, attributed information, but content may contain mistakes or become outdated.

Accounts and fair use

Keep your account credentials secure and use only an account you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate others, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, manipulate scores, or attempt to access private administration or another person’s data. Creating a player account does not grant administrative access. We may restrict access that violates these terms or threatens the service.

Content and third-party services

The game design, branding, and original text belong to their respective owners. Source names, trademarks, excerpts, and linked material remain subject to their owners’ rights and any stated licenses. You may use the site for personal gameplay; these terms do not grant ownership of its content. Third-party sign-in services and external source websites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and limitations

We may update, interrupt, or discontinue features. Progress and statistics can be affected by outages, cleared browser data, account changes, or corrections. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes

We may revise these terms and will post the updated version and effective date here. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, subject to any notice requirements under applicable law.
